Bolder Industries

Bolder Industries had recently built a dedicated plant that recovers the critical ingredients in used tires for reuse in many core industrial processes. Their lead product was Bolder Black, a sustainable alternative to virgin carbon black. The complexities of the process and product made the business opportunity challenging to communicate to potential investors and industry clients.

After reviewing technical industry documents and extensive company PowerPoint presentations, I facilitated working sessions with the key stakeholders. Those insights led to new sales, marketing, and investor packets built around a simple operational diagram.

The company is thriving and recently closed 80 million in new investment.
