A seasoned fashion designer is launching a new denim brand. Together, we refined and expanded the pitch and core points of difference, refocusing on the target audience. As part of the pitch packet, we modeled a financial plan for the start-up period and first year of operations. The financials assisted in discussions concerning the scope, growth, tactics, and channels for the brand. In addition, we updated the designer's website and consulting service materials to support the fundraising.

 

The back and forth between the pitch and financial model helped aid discussions concerning possible brand strategies. Sensitive material have been removed from both examples.
